What time is check in and check out at Claxon?
- Check in is at 3pm and check out at 12pm. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
What is the rate for children in Claxon?
- In Claxon only children over 12 years old are admitted who pay the same rate as adults.
Pets Allowed?
- They are not admitted.
Is there parking on the property?
- Parking is free and on the street. We have a 24-hour custodian who watches over the safety of your vehicle.
Can I cancel my reservation for free and receive a full refund?
- This will depend on the season and hotel availability. Check out our reservation policy to stay up to date.
What type of rooms does the hotel have?
- We have three types of room: Classic, Superior and Junior Suite.
How can I get there from the airport?
We recommend you take a taxi. The journey takes around 25 min. We can coordinate your airport pickup in one of the beautiful classic cars that cruise the streets of Havana.
