*There is a luggage storage service available free of charge. If you require an extension, you can arrange it at the front desk, subject to availability and with an extra charge.

Reservation Policies / cancellation

• Once the reservation is confirmed, 30% of the total amount must be paid.
• Low Season: Full refund if canceled up to 15 days prior to arrival. You will have a 30% penalty if you cancel between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival, no refund will be made.
• High Season: Full refund if you cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival. You will have a 30% penalty if you cancel between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
• No refunds will be applied for early departures.

Children’s Policy

-Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the hotel.

Pet Policy

-Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Smoking Policy

-Non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

Transportation from / to the airport

-We can coordinate your arrival at the hotel from the airport and vice versa (extra charge).

Covid-19

-We follow to the maximum all sanitary protocols to ensure a safe and peaceful stay.

-Thorough and exhaustive cleaning of the entire facility, both common areas and rooms.

-Hand sanitizer gel available in common areas.

-All our personnel apply the required hygiene measures, including the mandatory use of masks.

More information:

-The currency used in Cuba is the Cuban peso (CUP). Most international cards do not work in ATMs so we always recommend our clients to bring cash.

-The internet in our hotel is free for all guests, but if you wish to connect outside our facilities we will provide you with a Cuban telephone line that will allow you to connect via data.

–The rooms have ordinary 110V and 220V power supply, which is properly identified.
